The fixtures sheet is used to decide allocation of pitches and make sure we have space for everyone.

You'll want several first aiders to make sure you have cover for every training and fixture.
Tip: Set up a WhatsApp group for your First Aiders.

An office first aid qualification isn't appropriate. Speak to Tracy Gleig for more info.

You will need parents to help out with catering at the club or at the Ruck Café at Liberty School

This is a strict safeguarding rule for our club.

It's easy to accidentally leave people on your group when they leave. Do a reconciliation with your Spond members.

This is only relevant for Juniors and Seniors. Veo cameras are used to record and analyse matches.

For age groups U14+ you have to organise your own tour. Start early.
If you are planning to tour abroad you will need permission from Surrey Rugby.

If you have an event that you need to book the bar or hall please click the link.  Non rugby events will be charged the normal rate of a hall/bar hire. If you are booking a rugby event and need to secure the date you can use this link.
