Renewal as of December 2024 for those of on DBS update service, you will receive an email from donotreply@dbs.gov.uk please ensure you check your spam folder. The email will tell you to log onto secure.crbonline.gov.uk/crsc/subscriber this will take you the screen shown here.
Do not IGNOR this request, in the unfortunate situation you miss the email or you are not on the update service see below how to start the process again.
If you are unsure when your DBS runs out or you have changed your email, just log onto to the site, listed above and follow the instructions. You will need your account number which starts C xxxxx

Step 1 - Introduction to Safeguarding Course you must have a GMS (Game Managment System) account which holds your Rugby record and RFU number. Follow the instructions to purchase which will be 0.00 take it to basket and checkout. A link will be sent to your email address to complete the online course.
Step 2 - Once completed you can start the DBS process contact Ian Lambert - imlambert49@gmail.com
Step 3 - Ian will ask you for various forms of ID and take you through the process.
